WHERE IS MY ORDER?
Once an order is placed, please allow 2 to 3 business days for the order to be
packaged and shipped from our warehouse. Once the order is shipped, you
will receive an email with your tracking information so you can track the
package online. Please allow up to 7 business days for the package to arrive
to you from the day your order is shipped.
MY PACKAGE IS MISSING. CAN YOU HELP?
Please contact customerservice@laplagespa.com if you have not received
your delivered order or it has been lost in transit by the carrier and we would
be happy to assist.
WHERE IS MY RETURN?
If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, we will most definitely refund or replace your product without additional charge. Once your return package is on the way back to our warehouse, the return process has started. This process can take up to 5 business days from the date your return tracking information shows Delivered.
CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
At this time, we are not able to offer exchanges.
CAN YOU HELP WITH A DAMAGED PRODUCT?

• Tracking Number
• First and last name
• Mailing Address
• Phone number
• Specify if you are requesting a refund or replacement due to received
damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product/merchandise
• Once approved, an email will be sent with a Return Shipping Label and
Instructions to follow.
Please allow 2-3 weeks for your replacement to be processed and shipped. Please note, any damaged item outside of a 30-day return window cannot be returned or refunded.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
At this time, we don’t offer International Dhipping.
