RETURN POLICY

Due to La Plage Spa's high volume fulfillment process, once your order has been placed and payment processed, we will be unable to change the details of your order (such as product, quantity, or delivery address).

Refunds

All refunds or replacements must be requested within forty-eight (48) hours from delivered date for domestic orders.
Refunds will be honored ONLY, if you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product/merchandise. We will most definitely refund your product/merchandise without additional charge.
For Refunded items, the Purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. If your original form of payment was lost, damaged, or stolen, we will issue you a refund in the form of a store credit. Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer, you would need to give this information to our customer service staff when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account.
If you haven’t received your refund, please first contact your credit card company or bank, it may take 2-5 business days before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at customerservice@laplagespa.com

For Replacement items there will be no added charges or shipment charge to replace the item(s). To request a replacement, ONLY, if you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped merchandise, email customer service team at customerservice@laplagespa.com within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery.

• Photo of the product
• Order confirmation number
• Tracking Number
• First and last name
• Mailing Address
• Phone number
• Specify if you are requesting a refund or replacement due to received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product/merchandise
• Once approved, an email will be sent with a Return Shipping label and Instructions to follow.

Please allow 2-3 weeks for your replacement to be processed and shipped.
La Plage Spa will not re-ship any order or refund any customer whose order is not received due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

Sale Items (if applicable)

If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped Sale product/merchandise, we will most definitely refund or replace your product without additional charge. If that product has been sold out or discontinued, we will refund payment of the sale item and shipment cost on the original form of payment.
If your original form of payment was lost, damaged, or stolen, we will issue you a refund in the form of a store credit. Any refunds will be issued based on the original form of payment. If you paid via bank transfer, you would need to give this information to our customer service staff when you initiate the return so that we can refund the money directly to your account.


To Cancel or Change an order

Unfortunately, if you would like to add products to an order, you will need to place a new order.


E-Gift Cards

Sales are final, there are no returns exchanges.
Sorry, currently we don’t offer exchanges. At this we replace items that received damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped product/merchandise.
Please note, sending multiple inquiries will cause delays in our response time. Please allow up to 48 hours for a response when sending an inquiry. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 9:00am -5:00pm (PST).
