Advance bookings are recommended and can be made by phone, online, or at the spa reception. A valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made less than 24 hours or no-shows will incur a fee of 100% of the service price(s). All appointments are reserved especially for you, so please consider the time booked out for you.
Arrival Time
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow time for check-in, waiver agreements and relaxation. Late arrivals may result in a reduced treatment time to accommodate other guests.
Sauna Guidelines
To ensure a safe and relaxing experience, we recommend limiting sauna sessions to 15–20 minutes and drinking plenty of water before and after use. Guests with medical conditions, including heart disease, high blood pressure or pregnancy, should seek medical advice prior to use. Please exit the sauna immediately if you experience dizziness, nausea, or discomfort. Proper swimwear or spa attire is required at all times.
Health Considerations
Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs when booking your appointment. Some treatments may not be suitable, for certain conditions, our therapists will recommend appropriate alternatives.
Spa Attire
We offer robes, slippers, and lockers for the duration of your spa service. To maintain a peaceful environment, we kindly ask that mobile phones and electronic devices are silenced. Please respect the privacy and tranquility of other guests.
Valuables
Although we do provide lockers, we recommend leaving valuables in your room or at home. The spa is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
